The problem

Stock, purchasing, attendance, payroll, and production lived in separate spreadsheets — no live stock health, no reliable HPP (cost of goods), and constant manual reconciliation.

Our approach

We mapped the full operational loop — from purchase orders and goods receiving to production, sales, and payroll — then designed one ERP where each module feeds the next instead of duplicate data entry.

What we built

A Django ERP covering inventory management, attendance, payroll, purchase orders, goods buying, automated HPP calculation, POS, and a production workflow — with a live operations dashboard.

The outcome

One source of truth for stock, cost, and staff — real-time stock health and accurate HPP replacing scattered spreadsheets.
