How we mapped the bottleneck, designed around real workflows, and shipped something that runs in production.

The problem

Tour inventory, reseller promotion, and commission tracking were disconnected — sales happened in chats and spreadsheets with no shared source of truth.

Our approach

We designed a marketplace model: suppliers publish packages, resellers promote with trackable links, and commissions calculate from actual completed sales.

What we built

A Next.js front office with a Django backend — catalog, reseller dashboards, order flow, and automated commission tracking in one platform.

The outcome

Suppliers and resellers operate from the same system — transparent commissions and less manual reconciliation after every campaign.
